There are only 3 real condo type buildings that are beachfront and this is one. 624 The Strand is big enough to be more than just a second home…..with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and almost 1,400 square feet there are a lot of options. It’s not bad living right at the beach! The complex was built in 1976 but as with most of the units this one has been extensively updated over the years. The condo was listed at $4,900,000 in 2021 but didn’t sell.
watching the slow remodel of this home for years now and it’s finally ready for the market. The home is pretty ideally located just a block to the beach and a very short distance from both the Hermosa Pier plaza area and downtown Manhattan Beach. While there is a rooftop deck with panoramic views the views from inside the home are surprisingly limited given the location.
