South Bay Home Sales and Prices for July 2025 – See What Sold

July 2025 Home Sales and Home Prices in the South Bayoceanfront condos at 615 Esplanade Redondo Beach CA

The real estate market in the South Bay and Palos Verdes was busy and most cities saw similar home sale numbers compared with June.  Several cites saw an increase in home sales….most notably Redondo Beach with 67 sold homes compared with 54 in June, and some cities saw a slight decrease so overall numbers held fairly steady.
