We haven’t reported on too many new construction homes lately as the new construction market has slowed just like the real estate market in general. Based on the $6,299,000 listing price it certainly not the case that prices are down that’s for sure.

Homes of note…..one of the homes that sold in Hermosa Beach CA during October was a very rare 3 bedroom beachfont condo located at 634 The Strand.

This 3 bedroom condo had been on the month for quite some time (almost a year) which isn’t a rarity for beachfront properties in Hermosa or on the Manhattan Beach Strand. Homes just tend to sit for a while as prices are possible for most buyers. The home was originally listed for $4,900,000 back in December of 2021 so needless to say the sellers most definitely took a hit on the original price.
The neighboring unit #638 sold off-market in April 2021 for $4,991,500 so $3,950,00 for this condo was a great deal.
624 The Strand offered 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,396 square feet there are a lot of options.
