Real Estate Market Recap

Home sales in the South Bay, Beach Cities and Palos Verdes in March 2024 were more active in most cities.  With a few exceptions March saw higher sales number than February.

Home prices throughout the South Bay and Palos Verdes were impressive once again.   The higher interest rates didn’t seem to have much of an impact in March with both the number of homes selling and prices going up.
