It was a great year for ocean view condo and townhome sales in The Village and Seascapes 1, 2, and 3. There were 19 total condo and townhome sales in the 4 complexes. For the homes that sold the average list price was $1,140,995 with an average sales price of $1,127,194. The median sales price was $1,180,000. Homes averaged $980 per square feet and average days on market was 48….although the median days on market was a very brief 16.
