February 2022 Home Sales and Home Prices in the South Bay and Palos Verdes
There just seems to be no end in sight to the super hot South Bay real estate market February 2022 was a slower month for the number of homes that sold in most South Bay cities but certainly busier than January which was almost historically slow due to extremely low inventory in December.

There just seems to be no end in sight to the super hot South Bay real estate market January 2022 was a much slower month for the number of homes that sold in most South Bay cities which was not a surprise given that December is always slower for escrows and there has been a record low inventory of homes for sale. Prices were record setting once again. The South Bay real estate market definitely remains a very favorable to sellers.
