June 2025 Home Sales and Home Prices in the South Bay

The real estate market in the South Bay and Palos Verdes was busy but most cities saw a moderate to significant drop in the number of homesHermosa Beach tower at twilight that sold compared with May.  Torrance was the only South Bay city that saw an increase in the number of closed escrows from the prior month.
